My spa guide is officially launching in August with competitions, spa deals and super giveaways.

Our first competition for the best review has been won by lucky Betina from Mildura.

Over a million crazy mud fans are flocking to Boryeong Mud festival in Korea today. The mud is rich in minerals so what began as a small group of people rubbing into their faces became a full on festival with massage, slides, wrestling, live music, fireworks and contests.
