I was really disappointed with the client service at this spa, Rima is extremely rude and unaccommodating. Used the standard trained customer service speech when talking to you. Not recommended at all. Go elsewhere to ensure you enjoy and pamper yourself. Plenty to choose from within the Parramatta/ Merrylands area.

It's the little extras that take a good facial to a great facial. Kokum provides this a warm welcome , beautiful decor, a talented and dedicated beauty therapist , amazing products .
Little extras like a hot water bottle , hot stone arm massage, indulgent scalp massage plus a beautiful herbal tea and orange slices at the end, I was one happy girl.
Alana had superb pressure for the facial massage, the best I have had for a long time and the Skin Juice products left me with such a hydrated glow , I loved it and would highly recommend Kokum.

I go to Charlie Lily on a weekly basis to manage my sciatica and for my overall wellness maintenance. I rotate between 3 therapists there; all 3 are very thorough and excellent at their work. I can claim with my health fund on the spot which is another added bonus. Thanks Charlie Lily- keep up the good work

After having a bad experience from another salon with my brows, I was recommended to try Charlie Lily. Finding this place wasn’t easy, like all Melbourne gems, I discovered it hidden amongst the corporate world in the Rialto Towers on Collins St. The staff were very professional and very understanding about how I wanted my brows to look. My eyebrows were patchy and a little uneven so it was hard to find a place that specialized in eyebrows. I’ve read up on eyebrow embroidery and found out that Charlie Lily does this – they really know their stuff. My brows are now even and fuller looking but very natural. They don’t just do your brows and send you away, the brow designers actually take the time to assess and measure your facial features so that no mistakes are made. Charlie Lily is about complete perfection! My brow designer did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If you are looking to have the perfect brows with friendly but meticulous brow designers, I would recommend Charlie Lily.

Big thanks to the ladies at Natskin Yarra Valley for another lovely experience. Beautiful location, gorgeous treatments and wonderful staff. I was so relaxed for the rest of the day!
I've had good experiences at other spas, but there is something special about the Balgownie. Very much looking forward to my next visit!

Love, love, love this spa!!! Thank you isika....one of the best experiences I've ever had at a day spa. I came here with my boyfriend and we felt like we were somewhere else. The decor and the staff definitely did not disappoint. The massage was amazing...I had the self renewal face and body massage...the masseuse was skilled and definitely knew what she was doing...she also checked for my pressure preference a few times which was great! The ambiance of the massage room was so tranquil with a dimly lit room, candles, relaxing music...pure bliss!! I also LOVE how she was not too chatty....she would answer my questions and attend to my concerns, but did not try to make conversation...I'm here to relax and not talk. The masseuse offered me tea and water at the end...I went into the steam room after and sat there to relax for a bit. Overall we both enjoyed our experience. We have gone for many years to get couples massages and this is on the top of our list. Would def come back!

I stayed at the hotel at Burswood for a couple of days and didnt even know that there was a spa. My first impression was that it was a construction site but was utterly surprised when I found Isika past all of the renovations. It was worth it when I saw the marvelous pool. The spa was absolutely gorgeous with such a relaxing ambiance and I was greeted by friendly welcoming staff. She helped me choose a treatment and she suggested I have the Chakra massage which I was worried about because Ive never tried anything like it. It was the perfect choice! It woke me up for the rest of the trip and completely relaxed me. I went into the steam room and hot tub after my massage which was also perfect. It was so good that I came in the next morning for a facial and the receptionist remembered me by name. The check in area smells beautiful with calm music and their tea is delicious. Staff were professional and nice. I highly recommend this place if you have time when you are in Perth.

All of the girls from our office enjoyed a very well earned afternoon at The Space Day Spa recently. It was a wonderful destination for a group. I was pampered with a mani and pedi which left my hands and feet feeling amazing. The pedi was a perfect treat for neglected feet leading in to Winter and the polish was perfect. My hands also looked and felt gorgeous after the mani. All of the products used had lovely delicate fragrances. It was such a relaxing afternoon we can’t wait to do it again.

I have been to this spa on a few occasions, as well as for a couples massage with my husband. The massage was ok but nothing to rave about. The facials I had there were not relaxing at all - the therapist was rushed and did not massage my face for a long time - and also left me lying there with a mask, as she exited the room for 10 or so minutes. I have to say, the experience leaves much to be desired. The therapists are trying to sell products ( Dermalogica), which is quite annoying after you have had a relaxing treatment, and the sales approach is really in your face :( as you feel like you are pressured to purchase something. ...hopefully it changes. If you want to spend hard earned money and leave feeling ripped off this is the place for you...

One of the best spas around by far! The treatments offered are divine, as well as the organic approach and excellent therapists. All the therapists are well trained, very attentive and welcoming, you are always greeted with a smile.
Aromatherapy massage is a real treat, I enjoyed it a lot! Bodhi J is a special experience, I feel revived every time I come there.
