Apart from waiting 15 minutes in the waiting area, I had arranged for a full body exfolidation, wrap and massage. After the exfoliation, I had to endure cold towels during the wipe-down and a luke warm bath. I was very surprised that a treatment so costly would involve cold towels. Otherwise the staff were friendly but more interested in talking between themselves.

This Spa is amazing. As soon as you walk in, you instantly feel more relaxed. The staff are extremely friendly, cheerful and welcoming as well as maintaining a professional decorum. I never felt uncomfortable or out of place. The Spa was very nice. It had a great ambience. It was very tranquil, I didn't want to leave. Not only did the girls provide my treatment, but they also consulted me on skin care products for my skin. My skin is now looking better than ever, and I even got a follow up call to make sure I was happy with my products. I will definitely be back at Endota Spa Kiama, with my next appointment already booked and just around the corner. At Endota Kiama they don't just treat your skin, they care and value their customers and is the number 1 spa in my books!

I used a Living Social voucher to treat my Mum and I to their offering of a 50-min massage & a number of other small treatments.

I often have remedial massages and really enjoyed not only the pressure of the massage here but the added extra of the mini-facial. My Mum is not easy to please, but absolutely loved it!

It took me about 30 mins to really start talking again afterwards, because I was sooo blissed out.

All the staff were wonderful and made us feel great. Highly recommended!

I took the Thalgo facial at Aqua Day Spa, and paid extra to use the 'spa' facilities.

Loved, loved the facial, but it was the massage that accompanied which was truly excellent, I would go back again for that alone! The facial achieved exactly what I asked for on that little sheet that you are asked to fill in before the treatment starts - good to know that those do actually get read! I was really pleased with the results and would definitely go back.

After the facial I had a short amount of time in the 'relaxation' area which from my point of view was the only negative point - the seating. Tall stalls around a rectangular table - I had been looking forward to a more relaxing area to lay back in. The fresh fruit, water and ginger tea were all very good - but would have been even better if a little more thought had been given to the furnishings.

The spa area was great - sit in each submerged lounge, in turn, then hit the white button for a jet based massage - then finish off in the spa pool. I had the whole area to myself which was a real bonus.

Do Not go to this spa for a spray tan unless you are happy looking like an orange pumpkin!
unfortunately I had an experience which is hard to reverse.
wanting to look glamorous for a 21st birthday I decided to have a spray tan- & decided on endota as the place to go - believing they would deliver a quality service.
I was a novice - I did not know what to expect so was guided by the therapist. I did have to ask for a shower cap to cover my hair- luckily i thought of this or my hair would have been orange too!
I now know from my bad experience & talking with other seasoned spray tanners that usually tan places give you hand cream or even gloves . they cover your hair & offer a range of different colours. Endota did not offer any of this- my hands feet & legs turned out fluorescent yellow orange, the soles of my feet & between my toes are black, my cuticles are dark brown & even domestos & napisan could not remove the stain. I had to wear gloves to the 21st & shoes & stocking. I will never have a spray tan there again. I realise now that the lack of professionalism of the therapist resulted in me feeling totally embarrassed at a very important event in my life & the effect will last for at least one week !

Lovely time. Six friends enjoying time away form the hustle and bustle. Easy access from our room - totally private entrance but didn't feel like an afterthought. Lovely pool area for sue prior/after. Lovely tea (nice teapots) and simple use of foyer area to make it feel more relaxing. Treatment rooms were spacious, girls doing treatments listened to our requests. Although I would have liked her to offer to talk to me/not. She didn't (it didn't really matter but I am always interested in what they are doing). Would have liked to be able to book another one straight after - but they were booked out!

I recently had four days away with my daughter at Injidup Spa which was heaven. I have enjoyed many nurturing massages and body therapies at exotic spa centres around the world, however none equal the spiritual, trancelike state I experienced at this beautiful retreat during and after each treatment. The therapist' attention to detail enabled me to completely relax.

I have always had great experiences with Beauty to Impress. I first went because they had a micro-dermabrasion package advertised in the local newspaper but I've kept going back because it's clear that they know what they're doing and are passionate about their work. I've bought vouchers for all my family and friends and now they go to Beauty to Impress too!

It's lovely that the staff know you by name and are very friendly and professional. The salon is always immaculate, with fresh flowers and candles and all that. Vicky and Clare have even stayed late to fit in my treatments and really gone the extra mile to make me feel special and welcome. I couldn't recommend them more - such lovely people and fabulous therapists!

I love, love, love Beauty to Impress! Vicky and Clare are so lovely and always work so hard to make sure you're happy. I always have the Liquid Yoga herbal tea when I come in because it's so yummy and I don't know anywhere else that stocks it! Vicky's treatments are fabulous and I really love the mango salt scrub. It smells amaaaaazing! I got to BTI for everything - facials, waxing, you name it! I wouldn't trust anyone else to do as good a job. As I said, I LOVE them!
