great place to be relaxed.. with a nice music. The lady who does eyebrow threading is awesome! I really loved the way she shaped my eyebrow and great customer service from her :)
The customer service isnt that good. The lady at the front desk seems to be very unhappy all the time. If you miss out one appointment, she will ask for your credit card and asks for the fee. Otherwise you wont be able to make another appointment. I was very disappointed at her when we were talking on the phone about this, I apologised her and I said I would pay for the appointment I missed out as well as the next appointment for eyebrow threading but she didnt let me. She said customers like me are ruining their business. I went there regularly for not only to get my eyebrow threading done but also other services but I was a bit upset that she told me off like that just because I missed one appointment. I am happy to pay for the missed out appointment but I still do think that I shouldnt be treated like this on the phone.
so sorry, I wouldnt recommend this spa, if you are after a great spa with a great customer service.
Apart from that, the staff who works there definitely know what they are doing. great job.

Endota Spa Canberra, is such a lovely getaway and excuse to keep you focused on the most important thing in life, yourself. It takes you away from what is going on in and outside your head, leaving you at peace and relaxed.
I married my best friend in the world in November 2009 and the year leading up to our wedding, I snuck in a few Endota Spa visits. I love the treatments, products and service that I get every time I walk down the stairs to the welcoming reception. It's such a warm environment, I kept finding excuses to visit. For my wedding, they helped me find skincare products and home treatments (seriously the face masks are so relaxing, it's like mini retreats at home). They answered any questions I had and were so helpful, I just had to keep coming back! My face glowed during our wedding and I've been keeping up with the morning routine since.
The ambience, smell, music and the tea always makes me smile, and I feel my body relaxing, and that's just when I sit down on the couch :) The ladies at Endota Spa Canberra are friendly, helpful and deliver such rejuvenating treatments. A must visit!
