The experience started the moment I walked through the day. Friendly greeting by staff, relaxing waiting area, with refreshment facilities. As first visit, completed history, and didn't have to wait long. Beautiful ambience, everything needed was thought off. Very pleasant staff. Only down side, was I did feel cold, and I could hear the traffic on Springvale Road. Great value for money, with special anniversary deal. Had a 45 min massage& 45 min facial. Products were nice. Happy to recommend, and happy to re visit. Was flooding when I left. Easy to find, no problems with parking.
