Last experience was great. Current experience was horrible!
What would be my next visit to this once admired spa turned into a nightmare! I called Tuesday afternoon to make a reservation for me and my girlfriend for the next day. This kind lady we spoke with said she can only confirm us at 12nn Wednesday. I said that is a perfect time. The lady then said, "Someone will call you later to confirm." So I said, "Sure. Here is my phone number (I gave the hotel phone number and my room number so that they could reach me directly or leave a message)as I am from Sydney and was only there for a week. So we ended that call. Wednesday came and I did not hear from anyone from this spa. My girlfriend and I assumed that we are still booked but before going there, I thought of calling to just make sure that our booking is still on. So I called, a Jo answered the call. I explained my query and would like to know if we are still booked. Jo said bluntly, "No, there is no booking for you." I said, "the lady yesterday said she can book us at 12nn" and someone would be calling me back. Then, she snapped, "I or we called you back but you were not there" So, I mentioned, "Shouldn't you be leaving a message like any normal establishment would do esp.
